- Soup: there was a carry-over of funds from 2011 so there is
total of$122.00 in this account to be spent on soup.
- The $2400.00 taken out of the accounts last month was the
insurance that was taken off all in one shot. Louise got an e-
mail about it and after 4 weeks all is back in place.
- Question was asked, “Why does Christ Church have to have
the money in place in advance when the other buildings did
not have to do this?” It was explained that the money was
there and there was not rector at that time and we had the
money to do the projects.
- Louise has the federal report completed so that our charity
number will be good for another year. This report needs to
be completed by the end of June each year.
- SAMS: has a balance $125.20 Louise explained that lights
and phone come out of General Offering but it has to show
in maintenance. This is for Synod to see where the money is.
- There is a supper line because some suppers are divided
into different areas wherever necessary.
- Balance on hand April 30th, 2012 - $22 514.80. $10 000 of
